The Rotoworxs is a stand-alone web fed, semi-rotary converter/digital UV coater.
Variable data coating and variable data printing capable, it performs flood, spot coating, textures, variable gloss levels with a single fluid and amazing special effects without the need for plates or blankets. Its semi-rotary, die-cut and converting platform, features an electronic re-registration system which promises spot on coating and cutting is the answer for your digital finishing needs.
Our system is modular in construction and capable of running in a rotary and/or semi-rotary mode. Single or double application bar set-ups are also possible for both ink and coating. In addition,the system can be configured to perform a host of operations such as film lamination and thru cutting onto a conveyer.. Never before have you had the control to apply UV coating as you do with The Rotoworx Digital Coater.
